International Exhibition Interlight Central Asia + Smart Sec & Building 2024 Officially Opened in Astana
Today, November 6, 2024, the official opening of the second international exhibition Interlight Central Asia + Smart Sec & Building took place at the EXPO International Exhibition Center in Astana. The event brought together leaders in the lighting industry, building automation specialists, and smart technology experts from Kazakhstan and other Central Asian countries, offering a unique platform to discuss the latest technological solutions.
The opening ceremony was attended by representatives of professional associations, honorary guests, numerous visitors, and event organizers.
Evgeny Sergeev, Director of Exhibition Projects at Business Media Central Asia, welcomed attendees and greeted the participants of the event, expressing gratitude to the Akimat of Astana, specialized associations and all partners for supporting the exhibition. He also noted that the Interlight Central Asia exhibition is being held for the second time and has already become an annual event uniting professionals from all over the world.
He emphasized that the exhibition serves not only as a unique platform for showcasing the latest advancements in lighting, smart homes, building automation, and security systems but also as a vital networking hub, opening new opportunities for international cooperation and promoting cutting-edge solutions in construction and infrastructure.

He added that such events play a critical role in promoting knowledge exchange and accelerating the adoption of innovative solutions, especially in light of the growing interest in energy efficiency and sustainable development in the region. "The exhibition helps lay the groundwork for implementing advanced technologies, paving the way for regional progress in the future," Sergeev noted.
Aigerim Omirkhan, Executive Director of the TANU Group, a partner of the exhibition, expressed her gratitude to the organizers and participants:
